As Mexico welcomed visitors from around the world during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, México Aquí offered a different way to experience the host country’s identity: through the vibrant sights, sounds, traditions and everyday moments that make Mexican culture so distinctive.
Located in Mexico City, the temporary multisensory exhibition invites visitors on a journey through six immersive rooms, each exploring a different facet of Mexican culture. Rather than a traditional museum experience, México Aquí combines art, imagery, artifacts, video, interactive installations and sound to create a vivid sensory portrait of Mexico’s culture and identity.
