Banking on Privacy: Campus Federal Credit Union Beams Its Way To ITM Privacy
Watch our video with Robert Nading, VP of Purchasing & Facilities with Campus Federal.
When Campus Federal Credit Union installed Louisiana's first Interactive Teller Machines back in 2014, members quickly voiced one recurring concern: privacy. A traditional teller can read the room and naturally soften or raise their voice, but a remote ITM teller has no idea how loud they sound in the branch — a gap that acoustic panels, absorptive materials, and background music could only partly close.
Audio Spotlight closed it completely. After a pilot program that drew zero complaints and plenty of praise, Campus Federal is now rolling directional audio into every ITM, every branch, and every remodel across its network.
We recently met with Robert Nading with Campus Federal who gave us some insight on his experience with the Audio Spotlight. Watch the video to learn what Robert had to say.
